Pain & everyday functioning

Support for living
with persistent pain.

Adapted practices and practical routines, shaped around your comfort, abilities, and goals.

Start with what matters to you

Living with chronic pain or a chronic health condition can affect movement, sleep, energy, mood, and the activities you enjoy. Your goals might include moving with more confidence, finding more comfortable ways to rest, or returning to a meaningful daily activity.

We look at your experience as a whole and work alongside the care you receive. Practices are adapted to your needs, with space to pause, change a movement, or choose another approach.
